Conditions for Submission (Read and Accept)

In the terms that follow, we refer to your submission as the "Photograph” (or “Photographs”), including the caption text you submit with the photos. Due to the high volume of submissions, it is not possible to publish all photographs we receive.
By uploading this photograph or photographs (together with the caption text submitted, the "Photograph" or “Photographs”), you certify and acknowledge that you own the Photographs or have the right (i.e., permission) to permit C Social Front and C Publishing LLC to use, edit, publish and otherwise exploit it/them without obligation or liability to any party and further agree, represent and warrant as more fully set forth below.
By uploading Photographs, I agree to defend, indemnify and hold C Publishing LLC harmless with respect to any claims that I lack the authority to grant all of the rights (including rights of third parties) herein granted. Furthermore, I hereby irrevocably grant permission to C Publishing LLC to use the Photographs (and the images and content therein), in whole or in part, on its websites and in print and electronic or any other media now or hereafter known (including catalogs and advertising), and to edit, combine with other material and make derivative works of same, in whole or in part, without notifying me and without obligation to me; and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the final display or other exploitation of the Photographs now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and to any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Photographs.
For purposes of this Photograph submission release, "C Social Front" means C Publishing LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns and sub licensees. I HAVE READ THIS PHOTOGRAPH SUBMISSION RELEASE AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND FREELY ACCEPT THE CONTENTS AND MEANING OF THIS AGREEMENT. I AGREE TO BE BOUND HEREBY AND INDICATE MY ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS BY CLICKING THE BOX BELOW.
