On Saturday, September 20, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts celebrated the inaugural St. Regis Polo Cup at the Wine Country Polo Club in Sonoma Valley with St. Regis Connoisseur Nacho Figueras. Fans such as Paul James, Global Brand Leader for St. Regis, Mary Alice Stevenson, Joy Bianchi, Joanna Rees, and Toni Knorr, General Manager of The St. Regis San Francisco, attended the event complete with a silent auction, St. Regis Bloody Mary cocktails, and wine tastings provided by Sojourn, Hamel Family Wines, and Deerfield Ranch. The event and silent auction raised nearly $40,000 to benefit Giant Steps Therapeutic Equestrian Center, a non-profit organization in Petaluma that benefits disabled children through therapeutic horse riding and equine-assisted activities.
