On Saturday, April 11, over 600 philanthropists gathered at the Herbst Pavilion at Fort Mason in San Francisco for the annual Red Cross Gala. The event raised $1.74 million for local disaster preparedness, response, and recovery. The sold-out gala was chaired by Lillian Phan, and guests including Nielma Hock, Janice Bryant Howroyd, Colby Hallen, and Joe Madison were treated to an evening of dancing, cocktails and dinner, as well as live and silent auctions.
