Food & Wine + Quince and Cotogna
Lindsay and Michael Tusk, owners of San Francisco restaurants Quince and Cotogna, hosted Dana Cowin of Food & Wine at a private dinner on Tuesday, November 12, held at the adjoining Jackson Street eateries. Guests including Tyler Florence, Nancy Oakes, Thomas McNaughton, Shelley Lindgren, and Evan and Sarah Rich, shared Chef Tusk’s signature prime rib roast and porcini and chestnut soup. The evening launched the holiday season for Bay Area chefs.
