On July 15, Fendi unveiled its newest boutique in San Francisco. To celebrate the Italian house’s Post Street landing, Allison Speer welcomed Alison Pincus, Dr. Carolyn Chang, Lydia Shorenstein, Yurie Pascarella, Barbara Brown, Chrisas Pappas and Sonya Molodetskaya, among others, to an afternoon meal set up in the center of the store’s second floor. Surrounded by sketches by Karl Lagerfeld and the label’s latest ready-to-wear garments, guests had the chance to explore the bi-level space and admire the boutique’s striking design features, including gold stucco partitions, a Spike Wall of handbags resembling trophies as well as a VIP Room designed by Cristina Celestino, a library, and a dedicated men’s area. 201 Post St., S.F.
