The San Francisco-based family recovery and treatment house Epiphany Center  held its 17th annual Benefit Show at the Olympic Club City Clubhouse on Tuesday, March 11. The production raised funds for the city’s women, children and families dealing with poverty, substance abuse, and homelessness. League co-chairs Jamie Gersovitz and Michelle Kleier welcomed patrons to a cocktail reception and dinner followed by a silent auction and performances of musical scores written by the acclaimed songwriting duo made up of composer John Kander and lyricist Fred Ebb. The evening’s show, produced by Diane Blackman alongside musical director and former Berkeley Symphony pianist Dwight Okamura, included a grand finale by special guest and former San Franciscan Lauren Blackman, who has been touring and performing the title role in Hello Dolly!
