Swanson Vineyards and Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco celebrate the evening with fine wine and fantastic food! A five-course dinner, created by Executive Chef Adam Mali, will be expertly paired with Swanson Vineyard wines. Proprietors Clarke and Elizabeth Swanson along with winemaker Chris Phelps will guide guests through the dinner providing history and anecdotes of the wines.
