Max Mara’s Nicola Maramotti and W magazine’s Lynn Hirschberg gathered swans from both coasts (all dressed in the Italian fashion house’s signature tone on tone palette or in patterned Sportmax dresses) at the Polo Lounge to celebrate actress Hailee Steinfeld, on Tuesday, June 11. Maramotti greeted Steinfeld, known for her roles in True Grit and the upcoming Romeo and Juliet, the day before presenting her with the Face of the Future prize at the Women in Film Crystal + Lucy awards on Wednesday, June 12. The guest of honor donned a gray Sportmax cotton and neoprene dress for the evening cocktail party held on the patio of the Beverly Hills Hotel’s famed restaurant while Harley Viera Newton (also in Sportmax) spun tunes from her laptop.
