Executive Chef Tony DiSalvo, of Viceroy Santa Monica’s Whist restaurant, will prepare a 5-course winemaker dinner. Sokol-Blosser Winery’s Alison Sokol Blosser will pour current and library vintages of vineyard-exclusive wines, each paired with a seasonal menu item created especially for the occasion.
