Perfect Pairing: Hugo Boss + Los Angeles
“This is a place that you have to keep exploring. And by exploring the place, you’re also exploring things within yourself,” says photographer and filmmaker Francesco Carrozzini in Ivan Olita’s new short film for Hugo Boss, Sincerely, L.A. Carrozzini, along with hospitality entrepreneur Jason Pomeranc (the mind behind Thompson Hotels, Commune Hotels, and now Sixty Collective), share stream-of-consciousness thoughts about living and dreaming in L.A. Both men, dressed in looks from Hugo Boss’ fall 2015 collection, narrate the film from perches inside their private homes. “People here have to, whether it’s real or not, create a story,” says Carrozzini. “Or reinvent it completely from scratch.” Here, a look at the cityscape through the eyes of Carrozzini, Pomeranc and Olita.
