L.A. fashion stylist and interior designer Estee Stanley has mastered the art of outfitting celebrities and decorating their homes. Now, Stanley (a mother of two) along with pal Jenni Kayne (both of whom admit they’re in love with dressing their kids) have launched a children’s fashion blog called Ladys & Gents where they post precious photos of their tykes outfits and admire the wardrobes of other little ones. POPPY This is one of the best kids stores on the westside of L.A. They import all kinds of European designers which I love.

JOAN’S ON THIRD The great thing about this place is that it’s never that busy at dinner time (which tends to be on the early side with my kids).  It’s really hard to find food kids love that’s also healthy and Joan’s has that. Every soup they have my kids will eat.  The Chinese chicken salad is the bomb and kids don’t normally eat salad.

TRICO FIELD One of the coolest Japanese kids clothing lines.  Their stuff is really edgy and cool and there’s no other brand out there like it.

ESCUELA TAQUERIA My kids love Mexican food and this place is kid-friendly. They can watch the cooks make the food and the chips from scratch.

JENNI KAYNE Jenni is my partner in Ladys & Gents and we’re both obsessed with all things kids.  She buys great kids clothes and eco-friendly toys that we both love.

SANTA MONICA PIER There’s great food options, it’s at the beach, and the kids love all the arcade games and rides.

UNDERWOOD FAMILY FARMS It’s about an hour outside of L.A. and it’s a great place to entertain kids.  They have a full farm with animals and animal shows. Kids can ride on a tractor, pick their own veggies and let loose.
