After an extensive $1 billion transformation that modernized one of L.A.’s most beloved shopping destinations, the new Westfield Century City made its grand debut this fall. To celebrate the open-air center’s new chapter—from a slew of new stores to the fresh garden-inspired redesign, created in collaboration with distinguished L.A.-based designer Kelly Wearstler—Westfield Century City co-CEOs Peter and Steven Lowy hosted a private cocktail party and reception on Tuesday, October 3.

Among the VIP guests were will.i.am, Wallis Annenberg, Metta World Peace, Carolyn Hennesy and J.R. Martinez, all of whom graced the evening’s red carpet. The grand opening event, put on in partnership with the Infinite Hero Foundation, included a press conference with mayor Eric Garcetti, and special performances by DNCE, Fitz and the Tantrums and the Village People.

As if one needed more reason to celebrate: C Magazine‘s own pop-up boutique will be landing at Westfield Century City later this year, bringing our quintessential California aesthetic to life with exclusive product offerings and collaborative collections.

10250 Santa Monica Blvd., L.A., 310-277-3898.
