Vhernier held an intimate donor’s dinner in celebration of P.S. Arts on Tuesday, April 29, at a private Bel Air residence. Hosted by Maria Bell, Pam Bergman, Patrick Herning, Julia Sorkin, Sutton Stracke, and Josh Tanzer, the evening benefited the beloved nonprofit that provides underserved public schools with year-round art classes. Chef John Mitchell, of meal service Luvo, whipped up a sweet corn chowder followed by chilled asparagus with fennel and blood orange gremolata. Guests were treated to a main course of pan-roasted branzino with crispy polenta, pea tendrils, and sweet pea purée or vegan braised forest mushrooms, and for dessert, they guiltlessly indulged in a chocolate bundino with pomegranate chia sauce and toasted almonds.
