Venice Art Walk 2014
The 35th annual Venice Art Walk was held at Google‘s Southern California headquarters in Venice on Sunday, May 18. The afternoon included an auction hosted by Paddle8 with over 300 works by local artists including Don Bachardy and Cameron Gray. Live musical performances were held throughout the day and artists like Isabella Alford-Lago painted as guests looked on. All of this took place within a two-mile radius of Google’s famed building know for the pair of giant binoculars at its entrance. The Venice Art Walk & Auction was founded by artists and volunteers in 1979 to raise funds for the Venice Family Clinic, and has since helped shape Venice’s legendary arts scene.
