On Thursday, November 1, lifestyle mavens Emily Current and Meritt Elliott of The Great teamed up with St. Frank founder Christina Bryant for a Día de los Muertos celebration at their newly minted boutique on Melrose Avenue. Guests, including Emily Schuman of Cupcakes and Cashmere, Gracias California founder Lydia Pelosi and interior designer Jake Alexander, mingled in the store before taking their seats at tables decked out in pieces from St. Frank’s Day of the Dead-themed collection, from hand-painted skulls to black clay plates and boldly striped linens. Spicy margaritas in hand, partygoers toasted the female-founded brands, then tucked into a Mexican feast served by candlelight.
