Monique Lhuillier hosted a luncheon to unveil her new boutique windows and her pre-fall 2014 collection at her Melrose Place shop on Tuesday, May 20. Guests including Ahna O’Reilly, Louise Roe, Ashley Madekwe, Maria Bell, Jenny Belushi, Mary Alice Haney, and Alexandra von Furstenberg shaded themselves with traditional Chinese oilpaper umbrellas while viewing the windswept blue-and-silver store display. Back inside the shop, guests dined on poached halibut and jidori chicken served on china and crystal also designed by Lhuillier. As plates of cookies made the rounds, guests got a look at ready-to-wear looks, bridal gowns, and shoes all lit by crystal chandeliers dreamed up by Lhuillier.
