Ladurée Beverly Hills Opening Party
Famed Parisian tea room and bakery Ladurée—a must-stop-shop for anyone visiting the French Capital for its heavenly macarons—has now arrived in L.A. by way of a whimsical garden-themed shop in Beverly Hills. The city’s social set gathered on Wednesday, January 11 to give a pinkies up-toast to the dreamy new eatery and retail boutique—outfitted with oversized mirrored flowers, latticework and almond green terrazzo thanks to renowned Paris-based designer India Mahdavi. The luncheon drew attendees like Jenni Kayne, Camilla Belle and Elaine Irwin, who mingled in the newly-minted space before sitting down for a quintessentially Parisian meal provided by Executive Chef Ludovic Pigeat. After a long-awaited West Coast opening (Ladurée has locations in New York and Miami), the iconic dessert house has finally graced SoCal with it’s authentic Parisian experience—not just with one outpost, but two: Beverly Hills and The Grove.
