Kenzo creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon celebrated the launch of the Paris-based fashion house’s new Kalifornia bag with a dinner on Wednesday, October 30, at The Berrics, an indoor skate park in downtown Los Angeles. The evening, hosted by Carrie Brownstein, China Chow, Gia Coppola, Rashida Jones and Riley Keough featured a Parisian menu created by Root of All Food paired with music by DJ Total Freedom. As guests including Carrie Brownstein, Miranda July, Mike Mills, Langley Fox Hemingway, Devon Aoki, and Ellie Stuart Hunter congregated, skateboarders Nora Vasconcellos, Eliana Sosco, Lizzie Armanto and Vanessa Torres performed tricks and rolled down the dinner table itself. L.A.-based vocalist Kelela kept the party going into the early hours of the morning, as did Chicago-based producer, DJ Brenmar, who mixed afterhours beats.
