The Kaleidoscope Ball – Designing the Future featured a silent auction showcasing 10 designer dollhouses created by 20 visionaries including Natasha Baradaran, Chris Barrett, Joan Behnke, Estee Stanley and Cari Berg. All proceeds from the sales of the dollhouses supported the UCLA Children’s Discovery and Innovation Institute which honored LL Cool J with the Kaleidoscope Award and Steven and Heather Mnuchin with the Philanthropic Leadership Award. Actress Patricia Heaton hosted the event at the Beverly Hills Hotel where a special performance by Blue Sky Riders featuring Kenny Loggins, Georgia Middleman and Gary Burr rounded out the evening.
