Toasting the launch of their debut capsule collection, L.A.-based designers Marysia Reeves and Jenni Kayne hosted an intimate dinner with friends at the Marysia Swim‘s newly-minted Venice studio on Thursday, May 19.  The creative duo was joined by local tastemakers including stylists Jessica de Ruiter, Kate Brien, actress Perrey Reeves and lifestyle blogger Shiva Rose for an exclusive preview of the forthcoming swim and resort wear collection, slated to debut just in time for summer. Guests thumbed threw the racks filled with the sophisticated Resort 2017 range that seamlessly blends Kayne’s California luxe aesthetic with Reeves’ fashion-forward swim vision. Attendees celebrated the fresh collaboration amidst a candle-lit dinner where rustic tables were dressed with white blooms and a freshly-baked paleo cake by Sweet Laurel Bakery—the perfect soiree to complement a beach-ready collection.
