C Magazine Design + Interiors Editor Andrea Stanford kicked off a series of special dinners on Monday, May 16, that will host 12 of California’s leading interior designers. Stanford teamed up with MASS Beverly and Minotti Los Angeles for the inaugural event which commenced at Minotti’s design emporium in West Hollywood. A slew of tastemakers and design enthusiasts such as Kim Alexandriuk, Chris Barrett, Wendy Haworth and Jason and Katie Maine sipped cocktails and perused the showroom’s new arrivals, including summer-ready outdoor furniture curated specifically for the brand’s L.A. clientele. Following cocktail hour, guests strolled to nearby MASS Beverly where founders Mary Ta and Lars Hypko gave a warm welcome as attendees admired everything from the shop’s Henge custom shelving to the Bottega Veneta Home Collection. After sitting down for dinner, each person left with an elegant floral arrangement in a custom MASS Bevery box and a Hudson Grace candle in a C summer tote. Hosted monthly, the intimate soirees will each be at a premier showroom or design house.
