Founded in 1966, The C.H.I.P.S. (Colleague Helpers in Philanthropic Service) honored Rochelle Gores Fredston at a Neiman Marcus-sponsored luncheon benefitting the Children’s Institute, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against child abuse and neglect. The afternoon affair included a presentation of the Valentino Fall 2013 collection.
