Barneys New York Dinner For Fausto Puglisi
Costume designers Arianne Phillips and B. Akerlund joined Barneys New York Fashion Director Tomoko Ogura for an intimate dinner on Thursday, May 1, held at Chateau Marmont‘s bungalow one to honor Fausto Puglisi, creative director of Emanuel Ungaro. The designer is known as the mastermind behind a plethora of memorable looks including the western-inspired designs Madonna wore for her “Don’t Tell Me” album in 2000, and the gown Rashida Jones sported at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards dinner. Guests including Gwen Stefani, Fergie, Alessandro Ambrosio, Shirley Manson, and Liberty Ross, among others, gathered to greet the designer and get a look at his androgynous fall designs.
