Luxury on-loan shop Armarium unveiled its first West Coast pop-up on Thursday, February 9 in Los Angeles with a legion of fashionable names. Co-hosts Jacqui Getty, Crystal Lourd, and Dee Hilfiger joined guests including Erica Pelosini, Jane Ross, Martyn Lawrence Bullard and Dee’s designer husband, Tommy Hilfiger (fresh off the heels of presenting his electric Spring/Summer 2017 presentation on the Venice Beach boardwalk on Wednesday) to fete the brand which launched in April 2016 through an invite-only mobile app, e-commerce platform and a New York City showroom. Attendees mingled with Armarium co-founders Trisha Gregory and Alexandra Lind Rose while perusing the ready-to-wear offerings in the Melrose Avenue store, from Sonia Rykiel to Roberto Cavalli. The most popular rentable items of the night? Capsule pieces from the new Tommy x Gigi collection, which have been flying off the shelves since its launch the day prior thanks to the new “see now, buy now” platform the label has adopted.
