Meredith Kaplan opened her Holmby Hills estate for the tenth annual P.S. Arts Bag Lunch on Thursday, May 30, benefiting the nonprofit that provides art programs in area public schools. A fleet of armcandy from French, Italian and American fashion houses covered most open surfaces throughout her sprawling house, including the tables, chairs, sofas and ottomans, at the noon event originally founded by Elizabeth Stewart and George Kotsiopoulos. It’s a look that may reappear in Kaplan’s house from time to time throughout the summer as she prepares to open Gratus, a new boutique in Beverly Hills slated for a summer debut.
