Heroes & Hearts Luncheon S.F.
San Francisco General Hospital Foundation rang in its eleventh annual Heroes & Hearts luncheon on the field of AT&T Park on Thursday, February 18. Guests joined together on the unusually warm sunny February afternoon to honor James Larson, Officer Raphael Rockwell, Terry Saltz and Dr. Clement Yeh, who were each granted the Heroes & Hearts Award for their above and beyond efforts in benefiting the community. The day’s festivities were a pre-cursor to the event held later that evening, Hearts After Dark, which saw a performance by Sugar Ray front man Mark McGrath along with cover band Pop Rocks. Proceeds from the two gatherings as well as the Hearts in San Francisco project have raised more than $14.6 million for life-saving programs and initiatives at Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.
