Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation Benefit
The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation Art Auction and Benefit was held at the Wilding Cran Gallery in downtown Los Angeles on what would have been the late actress’s 82nd birthday, Thursday, February 27. Founded by Taylor’s granddaughter Naomi Wilding and her husband Anthony Cran, the new gallery represents contemporary artists including Christian Eckart, Herald Nix, and Martin Bennett as well as Chris Cran, Michael Cran, and Michael Wilding. Katharine McPhee and Elizabeth Taylor’s grandson, Rhys Tivey, performed for guests including Shiva Rose, Bruce Weber, Carole Bayer Sager, Firooz Zahedi, and also Aileen Getty who matched all donations raised at the event.
