Rosario Dawson and Maggie Grace joined co-chairs Nadine Weil, Zem Joaquin, and Christopher Bently at Global Green USA’s annual Gorgeous and Green Gala on Friday, October 11 at San Francisco’s LEED-certified Bently Reserve. Décor by Blueprint Studios at this year’s party, The Green Gatsby, had an Art Deco look and guests donned Jazz Age dresses for the bash that raised more than $350,000 for the nonprofit’s sustainability initiatives. Michelin-starred chef Ken Frank of Napa’s La Toque prepared an organic dinner for guests including Gina and Dave Pell, Vanessa Getty, Peter Coyote, and Twitter’s Evan Williams. Eoin Harrington of RH Music and Ken Jordan of The Crystal Method played for the sold-out benefit, and the Decobelles performed the Charleston. The evening also included a fashion show inspired by ’20s designs and eco-accolades honoring Intel, Adobe and the PlumpJack Group before an after-party at Roka Akor San Francisco.
