As dusk fell and the candles were lit at the Chateau Marmont, actors Jeanne Tripplehorn, and Leland Orser joined Todd and Katie Traina and a group of close friends for a dinner hosted by Jaeger-LeCoultre and C Magazine to celebrate the opening of the film Morning, on Thursday, September 26. The movie marks Orser’s directorial debut, and he and Tripplehorn, who also stars in the project, toasted Traina’s Red Rover Films over a dinner of comfort food staples including steak frites and ice cream sundaes. The movie, a labor of love for the couple, made the rounds on the festival circuit over the last year and on this evening guests ticked off the hours until its theatrical release the following day by trying on the timepieces on display at the Chateau. And love was in the air throughout the evening which was also the Traina’s 10th wedding anniversary. Revelers fêted the couples and their film into the midnight hour, and departed with leather watch boxes and DVD copies of the motion picture.
