Flat-top hairstyles and ubiquitous strong brows lent a toughness to models at Chanel’s fall 2013 haute couture show held at the Grand Palais on Tuesday, July 2. Makeup artist Peter Philips prepped skin with Hydra Beauty Crème, then set about creating bold eyes and cheeks that accentuated models’ haunting eyes.
