Rambler Opening Party
On Tuesday, October 4, San Francisco’s well-heeled descended upon burgeoning Union Square to fete the opening of Hotel Zeppelin’s newest eatery, Rambler. Owner Andy Wasserman, along with fellow co-hosts Vanessa Getty, Alexis Traina, and her husband, Trevor, welcomed guests like Kaitlyn Kreiger, Jay Jeffers, Jennifer Biederbeck and Katie Traina to the brasserie, which took over Wolfgang Puck’s beloved former eatery, Postrio, and has since been reimagined by Hat Trick Hospitality, the team behind local hotspots like Sabrosa, Redford and The Brixton. Guests made their way through the dining room—featuring exposed brick walls, midcentury furnishings and gray flannel banquettes—before enjoying a seated dinner of locally sourced American fare with an Italian leaning (a nod to Executive Chef Robert Leva’s Italian heritage), which included wood-fired pizzas from Puck’s original pizza oven. The new locale officially opens its doors for service today with a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and will be launching weekend brunch in the coming weeks.
