Barbara Brown, Marissa Mayer and Dede Wilsey welcomed Oscar de la Renta to the sparkling shores bordering the Schumacher family home in Incline Village for the annual open-air fashion show and lunch hosted by Saks Fifth Avenue and the League to Save Lake Tahoe on Saturday, August 3. As always, blue skies greeted guests, as did Boaz Mazor, de la Renta’s right hand man, and Eliza Bolen, the executive vice president of his company who is also the daughter of the designer’s wife Annette. Designs from the resort 2014 collection, paired with the bold jewels that have become de la Renta signatures drew guests who gathered to commemorate Diane Dollar Knowles and support the League’s quest to preserve the picturesque lake.
