Crystal Jade Grand Opening Party
Crystal Jade Jiang Nan opened doors to its inaugural American restaurant on Tuesday, November 18, in San Francisco’s Embarcadero Center. The 16,000-square-foot eatery, dreamed up by interior designer Ken Fulk (whose projects include The Battery in San Francisco), offers a selection of regional Chinese dishes from wood oven roasted duck and spicy and sour seafood chowder Sichuan-style.
