Art Silicon Valley/San Francisco Show 2015
The annual Art Silicon Valley/San Francisco Show, Art Miami’s international contemporary and modern art fair on the West Coast, reached a record-breaking 10,000-plus attendees from Thursday, October 8th to Sunday, October 11 at the San Mateo Event Center. The four-day event kicked off with a VIP preview, welcoming guests like Pamela and David Hornik, Andrew and Trish McKechnie, and Karen Kienzle (Director of the Palo Alto Art Center) for a first-look at 20th and 21st century works. The opening night event attracted over 3,200 art enthusiasts and exclusively benefitted local non-profit organization ScholarMatch. Collectors, designers, art dealers and tastemakers from all over the Golden Coast and abroad filled the art fair, browsing coveted installations like Prelude To Spectra from London-based artists Walter & Zoniel and Code and Noise by guest curator Christine Duval.
