Lauren Remington Platt donned head-to-toe Max Mara for her spin on the carpet at W magazine’s cocktail party celebrating Hailee Steinfeld held at the Polo Lounge on Tuesday, June 11. The Italian fashion house dressed Steinfeld in Sportmax for the evening, and flew in a host of label ambassadors, including Platt, to celebrate the actress’s Face of the Future award (part of the Women in Film Gala). Platt, founder and C.E.O. of Vênsette.com, a site that offers bookings for hair and makeup artists who arrive at a client’s home or office before an event, came armed with her mobile phone to chronicle the evening’s proceedings. “I’m taking tons of Instagram pictures tonight,” she said. “I’ve even taken shots of the hotel doormen!”
