Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas Pop-Up Resort
On August 20, the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas set up a pop-up resort at a Hollywood Hills residence. The two-day event, attended by more than 250 guests including top tastemakers and travel industry executives, was intended to provide an up-close glimpse of the Vegas property with samplings from the restaurants and spa. Mozen Bistro chef David Werly prepared lunch, while Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire of Twist by Pierre Gagnaire served up dinner and menu selections for cocktail receptions.
