The third annual Los Angeles Food and Wine Festival kicked off on Thursday, August 22 with an opening night Festa Italiana hosted by Giada De Laurentiis who joined celebrated chefs including Michael Chiarello, Fabio Viviani, Alie Ward and Thomas Keller on hand for the festivities that took place on downtown L.A.’s Grand Avenue. Frank Gehry’s Walt Disney Concert Hall served as a stunning backdrop for the food-filled evening that included a performance by Josh Gueriero of the L.A. Opera.
