On Wednesday, March 11, Vacheron Constantin President Vincent Brun joined C Magazine Chairman Teymour Boutros-Ghali for a wine tasting and a preview of the Swiss house’s 2015 timepieces at Bar Bouchon in Beverly Hills. Attendees such as Angela Janklow, Nicolo Bini, Lulu Powers, Lauren Gurvich, Fabio Madonna and Craig Cardon tasted wines including a Saint-Julien Croix de Beaucaillou 2010 and a 2013 Premier Cru Chablis from Louis Michel, selected by Le Bernardin‘s wine director Aldo Sohm. He paired each wine with a particular watch for the evening, and explained the parallels between the two. After guests passed around the watches and discussed the top notes in each of the vintages Sohm introduced, they all dined in Bar Bouchon’s outdoor colonnade overlooking the Beverly Canon Gardens.
