Matthew McConaughey, Jared Leto, and Jennifer Garner of the Jean-Marc Vallée film, Dallas Buyers Club, assembled at the Beverly Hilton for  The 17th Annual Hollywood Film Awards Gala on Monday, October 21. The evening, hosted by Nancy O’Dell, marks the start of awards season, and honorees included Harrison Ford who was presented with the Career Achievement award and Jerry Weintraub who won the Legend award. McConaughey and Sandra Bullock each took home Actor and Actress awards while Lee Daniels received a nod for directing Lee Daniels’ The Butler. Other honorees included a host of Hollywood favorites including Julia Roberts, Jake Gyllenhaal, Julie Delpy, and Coldplay’s Chris Martin.
