The Wildlife Conservation Network celebrated the 80th birthday of award-winning anthropologist and primatologist Jane Goodall at The Julia Morgan Ballroom in San Francisco on Thursday, April 3. Guests including Charles and Stephanie Knowles, Nadine Weil, Jerry Yang, and Beth Stevens joined with other conservation leaders to honor Goodall who currently is on tour promoting conservation and the preservation of apes world-wide. Singer-songwriter Dave Matthews also performed at the event, which raised over $1 million in funds to support the Jane Goodall Institute.
