ArtPoint’s High Style Cocktail Party
More than 550 of the Bay Area’s new guard and art aficionados attended the ArtPoint cocktail party at San Francisco’s Legion of Honor on Friday, June 5 to celebrate the new exhibit, High Style: The Brooklyn Museum Costume Collection. Presented in partnership with Neiman Marcus Stanford Shopping Center, the evening included a champagne toast with ArtPoint Vice Chair, Joshua Reynolds and Presenting Sponsor, Neiman Marcus, as well as Stanford Center’s Public Relations Manager, Samantha Hartwell, followed by opening remarks by Jill D’Alessandro, the Fine Arts Museums curator of costume and textile art. Guests enjoyed a tour of the exhibit (on display until July 19th) featuring designer gowns and accessories from 1910-1980. Other highlights included a violin performance and music by DJ Dave Kim Music. The event raised more then $55,000 to benefit the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.
