On Wednesday, June 17, Maria Cornejo hosted a cocktail reception for a slew of city tastemakers to celebrate the fifth anniversary of her Melrose Place boutique Zero + Maria Cornejo in Los Angeles. Marisa Tomei, Marysia Woroniecka, Bibi Cornejo Borthwick, Nina Clemente, Emma Reeves, and Laurence Goldberg joined the designer to co-host the South American-inspired event with hors d’oeuvres including jicama and veggie slaw lettuce cups, and chocolate and dulce de leche desserts paired with tequila and refreshments from The Clean Drinking Juice Co. The guest list included Jayne Min, George Kotsiopoulos, Claude Sarne, Jessica de Ruiter, Irene Neuwirth, Magda Berliner, Natalia Bonifacci,  Sonia Boyajian, Lawren Howell, and Stephanie Danan.
