On Saturday, May 2, art collectors and philanthropists gathered to celebrate Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA’s third annual Kaleidoscope Ball presented by Harry Winston at 3Labs in Culver City. The evening, benefiting UCLA Children’s Discovery and Innovation Institute at Mattel Children’s Hospital, honored Halston Sage, Charlie Croxall, Kelvin Davis, and actress Halle Barry, (who received the Kaleidoscope Ball award), presented by host Goldie Hawn. At the art-themed event, named Los Angeles: An Art-Full City, guests browsed auction pieces from artists such as Ed Ruscha, Sage Vaughn, and Charlie Baker, and a one-of-a-kind Mattel car created by street artist Mr. Brainwash.
