Laurie Lynn Stark Takes Art Basel

“We partnered with the Grutmans - "Groots" - because they are part of our Miami family ,” she says. “ A genius in the world of lifestyle & hospitatlity - we customized his VonDutch boat with Chrome Hearts illustrations by artist, Matt DiGiacomo and hosted friends & family on the water all week!”

"Gina Brooks, Oribe & Carly Walters have given me 25 years of friendship. Thank you to this incredible styling team. I always walk out the door feeling incredible!"

"This is the fresh crew of Chrome Hearts. These guys are so smart and serious. This generation blows my mind!"

"Normal moments with Jordan [Barrett]. He's always camera ready even when on vacation. His attention to detail and expression through photography is so refreshing & easy to collaborate with. Truly a pro!"

"It was a pleasure curating this year with the visionaire, Theo Niarchos from 6817 melrose gallery and artist, Matt DiGiacomo."

"My husband, Richard Stark, and I with Virgil Abloh."

"The elegant 5 1/2 months pregnant Mary Anne Huntsman stepped out for the occasion -- hosted by Craig Robins, Chrome Hearts Emilio Estefan & Baccarat. She was followed by our Jesse Jo and her band for an unforgettable performance!"

"My dear friend, Craig Robins & his wife Jackie Soffer, are so generous with their home and open it to the most inspiring people! On this beautiful night, he shared his space with GOOP for an evening of thoughtfulness and laughter!"

"It was my pleasure to bring the sweetest café concept to Miami - a Chrome Hearts candy store serving local ice cream & homemade cones, popcorn & cookies by Bakeology. I'm so hopeful right now, at this time of unease, that we if we believe in our imagination and empower our youth, we can all heal. So this space was really a tribute to that spirit!"

On Tuesday, December 5, Laurie Lynn Stark of Chrome Hearts, Craig Robins of DARCA, and Baccarat hosted a fete in celebration of Art Basel Miami. The event commenced with the opening exhibition of “this time, this place” at Chrome Hearts Miami and ended with a concert featuring Maestro Eduardo Marturet, Jesse Jo Stark, Mary Anne Huntsman, and the Symphony Orchestra at the Palm Court, Miami Design District. The affair drew notables like Jordan Barrett, Presley Gerber, Gloria Estefan, Erin Foster and Sara Foster among others. Here, Laurie Lynn Stark takes on the role of lenswoman, giving C Social Front a behind-the-scenes look at her Art Basel experience.
