On Wednesday, January 27, the 21st annual LA Art Show kicked off its five day event with an opening night premiere party benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Held at the Los Angeles Convention Center Downtown, the night was hosted by Anne Hathaway and her husband Adam Shulman, who joined patrons, renowned artists, elite curators and Holllywood stars like James Franco and Kevin Bacon for an exclusive evening of art and live music. Expressionism paintings, floor-to-ceiling installations, and live performance art were only a small fraction of the pastiche of contemporary works that filled this year’s exhibition.
